Return Policy

Please note that we do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can. If you are not satisfied with the items you received, you may return them within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The order includes all original parts and components, and the packaging is in the same condition as when received.
  • Normal signs of use are acceptable; however, damage caused by improper or careless use is not covered.
  • Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.
  • The product was defective upon arrival.
  • Trevanc reserves the right to charge the customer for return shipping costs.
  • Returns are processed within 7 business days. If all return conditions are met, the return will be officially approved within this period.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged beyond our control.

How do I return my order?

If your order meets the conditions above, please follow these steps to request a return:

Send an email to: support@trevanc.com

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Order number
  • Reason for the return request
  • Photo of the product (if damaged or defective)
  • First and last name
  • Full address

Once we receive your request, we will contact you and provide the correct return address.

❗ Never send your return to the sender’s address shown on the package.

Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation Policy

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement in accordance with the terms below, provided the consumer is a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, or profession.

A. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is 14 days, starting on the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), physically receives the final product.

Because Trevanc operates with a fully automated order processing system, orders are processed immediately after they are placed. As a result, it is not possible to cancel an order once it has been shipped.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by means of a clear statement (for example, by email). The withdrawal is only considered complete once we have received the returned products. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders in Transit

As our products are shipped directly from China, delivery times may be longer, and these transit times are beyond our control.

If your order is already in transit, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, please wait until you receive the package and then return the product. You may notify us in advance of your intention to withdraw from the purchase. To speed up the process, we kindly ask that you send us your return shipping confirmation.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the agreement, we will refund the amount you paid, excluding any shipping costs, within 14 days after we have received both your withdrawal notice and the returned products.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.
